Timothy Lowe, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Lowe is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Twin Rivers Paper Company. He has over 30 years of senior management experience with expertise in safety and operations. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Lowe was the COO for Finch Paper in Upstate New York; CEO for Northern Pulp in Nova Scotia; and General Manager for Domtar’s Woodland, ME pulp and paper mill.
Wayne Gosse, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Gosse is Chief Financial Office (CFO) of Twin Rivers Paper Company. Prior to joining the company Mr. Gosse served as President and Chief Financial Officer of Northern Resources. He is the former CEO and CFO of Northern Pulp and was previously employed as Neenah Papers Inc.’s Canadian Financial Controller. He has over 30 years of experience in the resource sector having progressed through numerous middle and senior management positions in both the mining and pulp and paper industries.
Adam Levy, EVP Corporate Development
Mr. Levy is the EVP Corporate Development of Twin Rivers Paper Company. He has over 20 years of leadership experience in business transformations, including carve-outs, growth situations and turnarounds, working throughout the U.S. and Canada. He has worked with companies ranging from $100 million to $1 billion in revenue in a wide range of industries. He holds a MBA from University of Toronto and is a Canadian Chartered Accountant (inactive).
Ken Winterhalter, President
Ken is a senior executive with more than 20 years of proven leadership in roles ranging from the turnaround CEO of a $500 million manufacturing business to President of a $2.75 billion distribution business with additional leadership roles spanning Sales, Finance and Strategic Development.
Ken is highly proficient in strategic development, business turnarounds, change management practices and team building effectiveness. From his most recent positions as CEO for National Envelope (A Gores Group Company) and President for Unisource Worldwide (A Bain Capital Company), Ken provided the strategic direction and P&L leadership for manufacturing operations, sales and distribution management. Prior to his tenure with National Envelope and the 17 years with Unisource Worldwide, he spent six years with Equibank, a financial institution headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
After earning his BSBA in Finance, Ken earned his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz Graduate School of Business.
Gary Curtis, General Manager of East Papers
Gary Curtis has responsibility for overall manufacturing for Twin Rivers Paper Company. He has over 30 years of senior operations experience, and was responsible for mill operations at several large facilities in the Boise Cascade, MeadWestvaco and NewPage paper systems.
