Jeff Dutton, President and Chief Executive Officer of Twin Rivers Paper, was previously President and Chief Operating Officer of Fraser Papers with responsibility for overseeing its day-to-day operations. Jeff has 23 years of paper industry experience, including executive management positions with Republic Paperboard, MeadWestvaco and Champion/Donohue.
James Gehrman, Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Jim Gehrman is Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing with responsibility for the Company's paper product sales, customer service and marketing efforts. Jim has previously held senior sales and sales management positions at Fraser Papers, Burgo North America, Donside Incorporated and Cross Pointe Paper Corporation.
Ron Guay, Vice President, Human Resources and General Counsel
Ron Guay is Vice President, Human Resources and General Counsel with responsibility for the Company's legal affairs, strategic analysis and executive human resource functions. Ron has over 20 years of experience with a variety of executive management and corporate legal positions with NewPage, MeadWestvaco and Boise Cascade. Ron is a member of the Maine State Bar Association.
Mike Reider, Vice President, Operations
Joining Twin Rivers Paper as Vice President, Operations, Mike oversees the pulp and paper operations of the Company. With over 20 years in the paper industry, Mike has experience in operations, maintenance, and engineering. Mike has held various management positions with Katahdin Paper and Great Northern Paper.
Wayne Johnson, Vice President, Finance
Wayne Johnson is Vice President, Finance with responsibilities for the fiscal and strategic management of the Company. With over 27 years experience in the forest products industry, Wayne previously held senior financial positions in Fraser Papers and Champion International.
William S Roepke, General Manager, Edmundston/Madawaska Mills
Bill Roepke is General Manager of the East Papers facilities comprised of the Biomass Cogeneration Power Plant; Magnesium Bisulphite Pulp and Groundwood Pulp Mills in Edmundston, New Brunswick, Canada and the Specialty Paper Mill in Madawaska, Maine. Bill has over 44 years of industrial experience with 37 years in the pulp and paper industry for St. Regis Paper; Midtec Paper; Miramichi Pulp and Paper; International Paper and Fraser Papers where he has held senior mill and corporate management positions in engineering, maintenance, construction, technical and manufacturing.
Paul McKinley, General Manager, Plaster Rock
Paul McKinley, a registered Professional Forester, is responsible for the Company's Plaster Rock lumbermill operation. He has over 34 years experience in the forest products industry in the areas of woodlands and lumbermills.
