Twin Rivers Paper Company Employees Renew Their Commitment to Local Communities

South Portland, ME –November 22, 2011 – Twin Rivers Paper Company employees have renewed their commitment to local communities through the Giving Tree program.  Fueled by the generous support of Twin Rivers Paper Company employees, the Giving Tree program delivers gifts and monies to people in the St. John Valley who need it most during the holiday season.   

“As an integrated specialty paper company, we recognize the importance of supporting our communities where we operate and this is just a natural extension of how we serve our customers,” says Christine Gendreau, Community Relations Chair. 

Successful gift drives are nothing new at Twin Rivers Paper. Last year, employees raised over five thousand dollars in donations for the Giving Tree program and expect to double the amount this year. This community outreach also includes donations to local schools for project graduation and mentorship programs with area schools.
